Ron Rivera, Romeo Crennel, Rex Ryan, Dom Capers, Herm Edwards, Rod Merinelli, MIKE NOLAN, Dave Wanstedt, Mike Singletary, seriously when will owners learn that there is no tradition when it comes to finding a great coach that makes great decisions.

Besides being a good defensive coordinator what the hell has Mike done to justify another position as head coach? 49ers were terrible and he got nothing outta Vernon Davis and Alex Smith in those days…Hmm, makes ya wonder.

Honor your contract and hold off all interviews until after the superbowl.
