It always amazes me how people get on these discussion boards and cast aspersions at someone's intelligence and yet offer no evidence of there own intelligence. Humility and humanity is lost on our species.

Just the same, NFLPA, let it rest. It was a good effort but too little too late. You may be right in your assertions that the NFL did collude to some degree but your undoing was rushing to sign the CBA to "save the season". Take care of business first and the rest would have followed. There was no reason for you to sign that CBA. It was inferior in every way to the one that preceded it (only thing players got out of it was shorter, less physical practices and it is questionable whether that was beneficial. Been a lot of injuries these last 2 years. Not sure, but seems more than before the new CBA). So now, it is time to take your "L" and prepare for the next battle. Maybe you'll be ready the next time.

What the NFLPA should do, and what they actually do do (or is that doodoo) are two different things.

All the NFLPA lacks to be effective is adult and competent leadership.

So in a nutshell the nflpa agreed with the nfl to unjustly punish the skins and cowboys so they could get more money. Then they turned right around and sued the nfl saying what they just agreed to was illegal. Isnt that the equivalent to suing someone because they took advantage of your greed?

2 things. 1. The nflpa gave up any collusion claim because they wanted more money than they originally bargained for. That's why they fudged the numbers. 2. There was no collusion. The individual team spending numbers prove there was no "secret cap". The Cowboys and redskins were fined for gaming the system in future capped years, not because they spent too much one year. It's disingenuous to present the argument as you have in this and other articles.
