Smart man, why would anyone want to leave a team with an All-Pro quarterback, two number one recievers, a future Hall-Of-Famer tight end and a budding defense on the opposite end.

Considering that he came from the Jaguars he understands what is like to be on a team with sub-par talent and their will be better opportunities out there than the Chiefs job.

What happens if the Falcons get trashed in the playoffs again, like they did last year and his offense doesn’t do squat? His name will never come up again as a head coach candidate.

I’m glad I was afraid my team might hire him. The Falcons offense wasn’t anything spectacular this year under him neither have the falcons as a whole even with their record. Now here’s to hoping Josh McDaniels and Bill O’Brien drop from potential NFl head coaches for next year

Good for the teams. He was a terrible college HC, and from my experience, if you were bad at a lower level, you’re not going to figure out how to do the job at the highest level. See Jim Caldwell and Cam Cameron for the best examples of this phenomenon.

It’s amazing what good QB play (Matt Ryan) will do career wise for asst coaches and coordinators.

In Jax … He had Leftwich, garrard, McCown, Gabbert … And the guy was considered a bum with a vanilla style.
