Anything and everything – just not one of the 3 things that would make a difference – no Jones, No Garrett, and no Romo.

Excluding those possibilities, there ARE some things that can help the Cowboys a lot. How about a REAL running game? Maybe an offensive line that isn’t made of wet tissue paper? Romo had a pretty good year overall – with a bad oline and no running game. Problem with Romo isn’t the numbers – TD’s / int is okay – however – it’s the TIMING of his mistakes – put him in a must have 2 minute situation, and it’s a problem. Just like his last int – not a great play by the defense – a HORRIBLE read by the QB (and I called int right when Dallas got the ball). You need to have a QB that you EXPECT to come through in the clutch – not one that makes you surprised when he does.

Garrett’s number one goal should be to learn to manage the game clock.

For that skill set, he gets an F.

If he figures that out, Cowboys are guaranteed at least one more win next year….and would have probably made the playoffs this year if he had already assumed that responsibility.

Probably not gonna happen.

Then Jerry Jones gets an F.

He went to the Super Bowl with Rex Grossman as his QB…18 games over .500 as a head coach….He also has a “NFL Coach of the Year” award on his mantlepiece at home. They don’t just hand those out at training camps everywhere. Do some homework next time you dummy.

What it boils down to is this…Jimmy Johnson got the most out of his super bowl teams because he knew three things: how to motivate, how to discipline, and how to judge talent. I don’t honestly think that Garrett has any of those qualities.

Jason willing to make any changes except one. The head coach. If they bring in an offensive coordinator then what do they need him for?

Jason took it easy on his players all season and protected them so now someone must be held accountable. Sorry Jason but it may be you.

Jimmie Johnson – Mean Coach = Superbowls

Bill Parcells – Mean Coach = Turn around cut short by Jerry Jones in is power struggle.

Cupcake coach after cupcake coach… do you not see the obvious trend here? They need someone who can light a fire underneath these divas. When you play for the Dallas Cowboys you feel like you don’t have to try, you’ve already “made it”. They need a coach that will have everyone on a short leash, that doesn’t care what your name or rep might be. Jerry Jones and the coaches are the reasons for these players struggles. Tony Romo learned so much from Bill Parcells and Sean Payton.. .and since then…? nada. Jerry Jones has to give up his throne and let this franchise get back to hard nose football!

In god’s name, WHY? Another fired coach who’s been out of the league for YEARs. Who was never able to draft or develop a QB. Who won a SB with Dungy’s team and the Raider playbook and then watched as the team deteriated.

Give up on Gruden.

We all know that once you’re out of Dallas then any chance for another HC job is down the crapper right along with the kings inability to make good decisions!
