GM first. Then, new GM and Owner get together to discuss the direction of the franchise, assess the roster and determine which HC they want to target.

If they move quickly to name a GM the latter should take no more than an afternoon meeting to accomplish.

I think bringing in a college coach THEN hiring the GM is not the way to go…
