All the teams that fired these coaches more than likely have to eat millions of dollars as well as pay the incoming staff. If Minnesota can get by until the end of next season then Frazier will either be paid a kings ransom or he’ll be seeking employment elsewhere. I think the owners wanna see if he can really get the job done or if this year was a fluke. It would be the smart move for ownership to wait. Leslie has zero leverage in a position that several others would sell their children to have so it’s gonna fall on him to earn that new cheddar!

Unless they win the SuperBowl then both will be extended 3 years. The Wilf’s have learned from extending and guaranteeing brad Childress’ contract, basically paying Chilly to coach the Browns offense. They won’t make that mistake again.
