Slow start for Ravens-Colts

So far, the highlight has been Ray Lewis dancing, and some suspect geography by referee Mike Carey.

The Colts and Ravens are still in a scoreless tie, each side offering up a fumble to staff progress. After Ravens running back Ray Rice put one on the ground, Carey ruled the ball belonged to “Indiana.”

But then the Hoosiers, er, the Colts put together a seven-minute drive which came up for naught when Paul Kruger stripped the ball from Andrew Luck.

So far, the game is showing us many of the things we already knew about this team. The Colts can’t adequately protect Luck. The Ravens defense is aging before our eyes.

Yet it’s hard to take our eyes off this one at the moment.

Time for the “old and slow” Raven defense to take over as usual. See you next week Manning you’re next.

    Guaranteed Superbowl Champs this season.

Rice didn’t fumble all season, then fumbles in the playoffs. Most people don’t remember, but the exact same thing happened in the playoffs a few years ago in Pittsburgh,it started the Steelers comeback. Flacco still takes all the heat for Polamalu’s strip sack, but Rice started the downfall.

Sure there’s no score (at the beginning of the second quarter) but it’s absolutely riveting.

I don’t think either of these teams will be able to hang with Denver next week

I’m not hearing a clicking sound

Carey blew the call. Horrible. Regulars are just as bad as the replacements.

That old and slow defense has not taken over all season. It’s a stretch to think they will do so now. Just a rookie qb in his first playoff game.
Mud Flap is a beast though.

After 2 brutal games yesterday, I was hoping for a couple of good ones today. Hope the Skins/Hawks game saves the weekend.

Ravens are the most boring football team of all time to watch. I have nothing against them, and their D was awesome at one time, but really. Yawn………

Oh don’t worry, the Hawks vs. Skins will be a crazy, great game! How could it not be with the Hawks No. 1 defense & 2 rookie QB’s that are both newsworthy, & so forth & so on. soooo …. GO HAWKS!!!!
