Trent Williams punctuates frustrating day with hand to Richard Sherman’s face

Sherman

After the Seahawks closed out a 24-14 win that featured 24 unanswered points after falling into a 14-point hole, Redskins tackle Trent Williams let his frustrations get the better of him.

FOX cameras showed Williams shoving his hand into the face of Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman after the game.

Though it doesn’t excuse Williams’ behavior, the notoriously talkative Sherman seemed to be saying plenty to the Redskins and their sideline during the game. And Sherman likely was talking a lot after the game ended.

For Sherman, it’s time to start getting under the skin of Falcons players. For Williams, it’s time to wait for word from the league office regarding whatever fine may be imposed on him.
