As far as the Bears go I’d like to see them trade out of the first round. Too many needs. If this kid is there great. Otherwise bail and get a couple more picks.

The days of offensive lineman going 1st overall are done in my opinion. Today’s game is all about quarterbacks. I think we are going to see QBs drafted 1st overall for the next decade. Especially with all the success young quarterbacks are having in the NFL now. The Bills drafted offensive guard Cordy Glenn in the 2nd round last year, and found their franchise left tackle. Teams are leaning more towards that direction whereas 5 years ago the Jake Long, Joe Thomas type players were a necessity.

My only issue with this is that there are no QB’s worthy of a 1st overall pick this year, maybe not even a 2nd round pick.

Reid may keep the pick and build this O-line around him in order to protect his new QB. If I remember correctly, he started with the O-line in Philly.

Chiefs will trade top pick for multiple draft choices. Won’t matter what Castillo says. Now Jeff Fisher might have a say so with all those picks he has available.

KC trading out of the top pick down as far as #7 and getting Arizona to give up a bunch of picks would make sense if Andy hadn’t already cleaned them out.

Dropping to #9 and getting extra picks out of the Jets would be a good deal.
