The Baltimore Ravens have received a one-week roster exemption for cornerback Asa Jackson.

Jackson has completed a four-week suspension for a violation of the league’s performance-enhancing drug policy and is eligible to play this week against the Denver Broncos. The roster exemption will allow Jackson to practice with the Ravens this week but the team will need to make a move to place him on the active roster in order to play Saturday against Denver.

Jackson was a fifth-round selection in last year’s draft but had appeared in just three games for Baltimore this season before being suspended.
