dizzle and ale have already pointed this out, but Pettine shows (verbally, at least) that he understands what many do not. It seems pretty self-evident, but that’s why coaches like Mike Martz bounce around so much – forcing a plan on personnel that don’t fit that plan is a non-starter. That’s why Duke Ellington was so great. Chan and Dave are swell guys, but I don’t understand what the honk they were doing.

Dadgummit. I can’t help but get optimistic every three years. Well, except the last two times. So, every three years minus six. Or so. And the open question of hiring two ‘Cuse coaches. I guess I can’t help but get optimistic about hearing what our new DC says about the Bills defensive players once out of every 9ish years. Occasionally.

This is where Chan Gailey blew it. He came in and immediately tried the change the defensive scheme on an already struggling team, and managed to break the only part of the team that was any good to start with.

Hopefully, things are looking up for the Bills. Now, if only they can figure out how to make some decent draft picks, we might have a team.

The Bills are in good hands, poor Jets don’t know whats about to hit them. First Bills playoff appearance in a while, coming soon! The AFC EAST is about to be exciting to watch next year, no more Brady manhandling everyone. Here come the Dolphins and Bills! Jets are irrelevant but considering the national medias head quarters are set up in New York, we will be hearing a lot about them still. Unfortunately.
