Justin Smith, Donald Driver active, Billy Cundiff, Alex Green inactive

The inactives for tonight’s Packers-49ers game are out, and they’re about what we expected.

San Francisco defensive end Justin Smith, who missed the last two games of the regular season with a triceps injury, is active and will give it a go. But kicker Billy Cundiff, signed by the 49ers as insurance for the shaky David Akers, is inactive. Akers will remain the man.

The 49ers’ other inactives are QB Scott Tolzien, S Trenton Robinson, RB Jewel Hampton, G Joe Looney, DT Tony Jerod-Eddie and DT Ian Williams.

For the Packers, receiver Donald Driver is active, while running back Alex Green heads up a list of inactives that also includes WR Jarrett Boykin, CB Davon House, LB Frank Zombo, TE D.J. Williams, DT Jordan Miller and DE Jerel Worthy.

Any one else think Randy Moss will be a key to this game one way or the other. Someone is going to have to step up in a secondary role catching the ball for the Niners.

Come on, Niners! I’m pulling for you, Kap!
