I don’t care if you think Sherman did it or not. The fact of the matter is the process of collecting the sample was flawed which negates the sample. You cannot be sloppy when collecting urine samples potentially worth millions of dollars.

The Falcons are a boring team so is their fan base. The Seahawks on the other hand have a trash talking CB, a skittles eating beast RB a short rookie QB and a rabid 12th man. I sure hope the Seahawks move on, they are so much more interesting and it’s so much fun reading the daily posts on here.

We all know he was positive for PED’s and got lucky the tester didn’t properly fill out the COC. I wonder about the rest of the DB’s, Browner was busted what about Thomas when did he take a drug test? Or the rest of the Defense? Test all of them again!

You’ll notice that Sherman has never said “I did not use adderall”. He says stuff about this being an injustice or that he is innocent.

I would actually believe the guy if he said that, but the fact that he skirted around it makes me wonder.

Uh, let’s see, the actual facts are that Sherman’s sample was put into a second cup that was according to reports, “already opened.” It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out who’s cup it was since they were both tested on the same day at the same time. The 2nd cup was tainted, obviously with Browner’s sample.

As to this stupidity: “Bring it to the field with you Sherman! Your going to need it! Roddy and Julio are better WRs than Bronner and Sherman are conners! And The Falcons Secondary is better than Seattle’s Receiving Core as a whole. Good luck Sunday. And again WELCOME to NORTHSIDE DR!”

A) Your Falcons have never faced a secondary remotely close to how good Seattle’s is. Megatron is better than either of your guys and he did nothing against the Seahawks. They only way you’ll have any success is if Bradley wimps out and goes into his cautious, soft zone coverages. We suck at zone but are the best press-man unit in the NFL.

PS – It’s “receiving corps”

He wasn’t accused of any specific drug, the test doesn’t specify: its just pass/fail. So obviously, his agent is going to tell him to say it was just adderall.

So many ignorant, uninformed haters in here. Read the report on Sherman, it was more than a technicality. It was the fact that they couldn’t tell if his sample was dirty or not because the admin poured it into a secondary cup.

Furthermore, last week when Sherman was mic’d up, the ref told him that the Redskins receiver was complaining of being held, and Sherman replied to the ref, “call it then, please call it.” I don’t seem to remember any flags on Sherman…

I guarantee you this will do nothing but make the chip on Richard Sherman’s shoulder bigger and he will continue to take it out on opposing teams on the field. Ironically, he has gotten way more recognition and publicity by being ridiculously omitted from the Pro Bowl and All-Pro lists and I think that speaks to the grudging respect people have for his play.

I have observed that he offers words of encouragement and respect to those who he feels deserve it (RGIII) and also targets his trash talk to those who he feel deserve it (Williams, Brady, etc). He is fiercely devoted to his play, the Seahawks, the 12th Man fans and those close to him and really doesn’t give a damn about haters.

Since when was Sherman’s sample “mixed with someone else’s who tested positive”? That’s a bold face lie. His cup leaked. The testing agent stuck it inside a second cup without reporting it, which created an inconclusive test. Never was there any mention of mixing samples together. Stop trying to justify that he failed. And I won’t discredit 2012 but watch his drop off next year when he cannot afford to get busted again and has to stay clean. It’ll make a world of a difference.
