The Rams are not moving out of St.Louis.This arbitration issue is only to decide which party(the rams or the cvc)is going to pay for upgrades to the dome.I suggest that people responding to this article,google Brian Burwell interview with Kevin Demhoff.

Why would the Rams want to remain in the St. Louis area? They finished this season once again ranked 30th in attendance and 31st in revenue. Fan support in St. Louis is lukewarm at best and the city is broke. Unless Stan Kroenke is happy forever being near the bottom of the league in both attendance and revenue I can’t imagine they will remain in St. Louis. The team would be better off playing in the LA Coliseum RIGHT NOW considering LA is a much bigger market.

And why would the Jaguars move from one failed market to another? The Jags draw better in Jacksonville than the Rams do in St. Louis despite the fact they’re a worse team.

I think many would like to see much of East St Louis bulldozed and demolished to make room for stadium parking.

Two states share the cost of urban renewal/crime prevention/stadium project.

The two states can share revenue (and National Guard expenses on game day).

Your delusional to think they would move the Ram’s to LA and then move the Jags to St Louis. Think expansion team and possibly a team that can’t sell tickets, 2 teams are a reach for somewhere that couldn’t support one.

So now the expected lifetime of an NFL stadium (before the current occupants demand a new / massively upgraded facility or bolt) is about 15 years.

Top 25% of what? Seating capacity? Amenities? Luxury boxes? Parking spaces? Revenue? Street appeal? Safety issues? Bathroom facilities? Concession stands? Seems like a pretty vague requirement.
