Munchak is becoming a cancer to this team. Shifting blame to guys that he didn’t personally hire. The guys that actually know what there’re doing. How in the blue hell is Jerry Gray still employed?

He’s the classic “potential” guy. He has plenty of it, but will it ever change to skill on the field? Someone’ll gamble that 2013 will be the year it does.

He doesn’t have a ton of market value right now, but halfway through a five year contract with the right team, he could easily be one of the top three or four tight ends in the league.

He wants an opportunity to have a larger role on an offense and Chud would provide that. Chud loves TE and would make it a point to get him the ball.
