It is not this coach’s fault the Bucs do not have good linebackers. defensive linemen, pass defenders. yada yada. Who can fire the GM?

The only reason McCoy is a Pro Bowler is no one will vote for Suh and don’t forget that.

That run defense is no joke. They also ranked first in yards per carry given up. In fact, their pass defense suffered because teams would throw more because they couldn’t run.

Gotta bring someone in who will emphasize pass rush. With the secondary likely to not be all that much better (though really, could it be any worse?), pass rush will be essential to helping out the back end.
