20th. in what? Stats? Everybody knows a QB is judged by wins and losses, and Jay ranks much better than 20th. in that category from 2010 through 2012:

2012 – 10-5, .667 Win %
2011 – 7-3, .700 Win %
2010 – 10-5, .667 Win %

Oh, and Jay’s 84 career QB rating? Better than Eli Manning’s 82.7, so I guess if Jay had been lucky enough to have that NYG supporting cast, maybe HE’D have two SB rings by now, huh?

2.) Hire a DC who will put more pressure on the QB while still stressing takeaways.
3.) Draft either Zach Ertz or Levine Toilolo to be your TE…Hopefully one of them is still available at #20.
4.) Ryan Clady will likely stay in Denver, but there will be several other intriguing o-lineman hitting FA in March…Jake Long, Brandon Albert, Sebastian Vollmer, Andre Smith, Brandon Moore, and Andy Levitre…Emery needs to push hard to get one or more of these guys, and also address the o-line in the draft.
5.) If Devin Hester doesn’t retire, confine his ‘package’ to kick returning.
6.) Let Tim Tebow pretend to be an NFL QB anywhere but Chicago.
