1st Sherman wasn’t found guilty or he’d be suspended. 2nd, Cox got the lady in question pregnant the night of the roofie assault, that is proof enough for me. As for Crabtree, time will tell. Sometimes it’s women out for money, sometimes it an aggressive man who thinks because he is famous, nobody can tell him no.

Yes and nothing ever came of it. Think it was just prior to their playing Jax in the playoffs. Who knows the true story?

I’m a woman and I get that they don’t want to discourage women from reporting real assaults but I think there should be serious consequences for women who knowingly falsely accuse another person of assault so they can make a money grab.

As for Cox he was found not guilty in a court of law. If he were guilty he wouldn’t be on the team now. Then again he’d also be in prison too.

Or maybe the team is waiting to let the police investigation play out because lets face it if everyone who said they were sexually assaulted by a player were telling the truth teams would be making it rain pink slips. The fact that he wasn’t arrested and is fully cooperating will def make someone believe he is telling the truth. But if he did it his time as a 9er will be short.

Sherman got off on a technicality idiot. Not because he was innocent. Athletes are accused of sexual assault all the time and 99% of the time they are bogus in an attempt to squeeze money. If Crabtree is guilty evidence will show so. As of yet we are a week after the fact with no arrest or charges which really makes it look like an attempt to squeeze money or cause the team a distraction.

Can somebody explain to me why these athletes can’t just respect others and understand that they are very lucky to be doing what they are doing. Making the money they make and acting the way they act is a down right shame. Yeah, America has a bunch of millionaires, if say 75% of them are dumb ignorant athletes who have had things handed to them for being great at sports. You would also think if some of these rich ignorant pricks had a rough child hood that they would be greatful for what they have now. The nfl is filled with a bunch of hood rats that in my opinion shouldn’t be aloud to play because of there actions.

Let the guy do his job until law enforcement makes a move. Any sort of discipline this early from the NFL or the 49ers is extremely premature. Anyone can make an allegation. Lets see what comes of it before we start benching people.

I love people. Judgement prior to the facts being exposed. I’ve seen this act before. Not saying Crab’s innocent but I’m sure as hell not taking him to the electric chair until the facts surface. Reality is many women want a free ticket to cash & say about anything they want for it. What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? He’s talking to the authorities so he’s doing his part to rectify the issue. Crab’s(most likely) will have to spend some cash just to alleviate this issue. It’s one thing to pay for some mistake you made but just to walk around the corner where no one sees you then make a claim? Reminds me of Horrible Bosses when the dude took a leak at the school yard then was arrested & became a sex offender for this act. I’ve seen this action time & time again. It’s getting to the point where athletes have to have a person filming their actions even when taking a dump. Hopefully he didn’t cross the line but lets see the evidence first prior to prosecution!!!
