He is in Tampa to be groomed as the next OC, cause Mike Sulivan will most likely get hired as a HC next year. Last uear was hos first year as QB coach, which he should have tirned down. He had great success In Jax under Coughlin with smith and McCardell and as a WR coach in Arizona he led one of the only respectable units on that team. Larry Fitzgerald brought him as his personal guest to the pro bowl in 2011….great hire!
