		<description><![CDATA[I want to thank Mike Florio and Peter King for discussing the lack of hiring any minority coaches in the NFL on the show today.  I appreciate the coverage of the story without making it just about the color of a person&#039;s skin.
I think the Rooney Rule needs to go beyond head coaches to include coordinators and general managers.
I would hope the NFL would create a school or training program to train candidates for general managers and salary cap personal to expand to pool of qualified personnel.
Once again thanks for a great job discussing this topic.]]></description>
