No love for the Harbaugh 49er’s , but for all of you giving Crabtree the benefit of the doubt, where was that benefit for Roethlisberger??? Let’s hope no woman was assaulted.If so, he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If not, the woman making the accusation should be prosecuted. It’s totally reprehensible either way. When will these guys learn? I swear these athletes are so dumb, that their college scholarships were total wastes of $$$$ that could have gone to academics who needed the help.

Why does Crabtree get so much hate? Everyone calls him a diva because of the holdout but he’s been the consummate team player since he’s stepped on the field. I haven’t heard anything negative about him from coaches or teammates since he’s been in the league. Nor have I heard him complain about not getting the ball or anything. Why does he have a diva rep?

I don’t agree. Sexual assault victims are often too intimidated to report their assailants right away. It’s very common for rape victims to never report their crimes at all, or blame themselves for it.

If you were a woman, wouldn’t you be scared of reporting a millionaire NFL player? The first thing people will say is something like you just did–that you just want their money, or that you “couldn’t resist” and now you regret it.

I can’t blame someone for feeling intimidated. How about we quit with the speculation. If this person really was sexually assaulted, imagine how they’d feel right now.
