The full list of early entries in the 2013 NFL draft is out, and here are a few things about it that caught our eye:

-- Two Texas A&M players, defensive end Damontre Moore and offensive tackle Luke Joeckel, have a chance of being the two first players taken. Other early entries who look like Top 5 picks include LSU defensive end Barkevious Mingo and Georgia outside linebacker Jarvis Jones.

-- Only one quarterback, Tennessee’s Tyler Bray, is on the list. Bray has a big arm but questionable decision making and is likely to go no higher than third in a fairly weak quarterback class, definitely after seniors Geno Smith of West Virginia and Matt Barkley of USC and possibly after Mike Glennon of North Carolina State, Ryan Nassib of Syracuse and Tyler Wilson of Arkansas.

-- The positions break down like this:
15 defensive backs
12 running backs
10 wide receivers
9 defensive tackles/nose tackles
8 defensive ends
6 linebackers
5 tight ends
4 offensive tackles
1 quarterback
1 center
1 guard
1 punter

-- A whopping 11 early entries are from LSU. Coach Les Miles recruits a lot of talent, and this year he’s losing a lot of talent.
