They could have called a T.O. with about 15 seconds and ran at least one play. Instead they waited and called a T.O. with 4 seconds after failing to line up quickly enough for a play. Also, that slide was suspect. One angle made it look like an intentional kick and Harbaugh was complaining (hereditary trait apparently) to the officials even after the timeout was called
