49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick is one of the fastest rising players in the NFL and his college coach will stop by Pro Football Talk on NBC Sports Network to talk about his former pupil.

Chris Ault, who recently stepped down as the head coach at the University of Nevada, will join Erik Kuselias to talk about Kaepernick’s rise to quarterback of the NFC champions. Ault will also talk about the rise of the Pistol formation, which he created and brought into the limelight at Nevada.

Kuselias will also talk to former Raiders wide receiver Tim Brown. Brown raised some eyebrows this week by saying that former Raiders coach Bill Callahan “sabotaged” Super Bowl XXXVII with a late change to the game plan. Some other former Raiders have offered rebukes of Brown’s allegation and others have backed him up. We’ll try to get to the bottom of it on Tuesday.

Mike Florio, Ross Tucker and Shaun King will also be on hand to talk about everything you need to know from around the NFL. The Super Bowl, Tony Gonzalez’s potential retirement and much more will be on the docket.

It all gets started at 5 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Network.
