SHUT UP. You’re annoying. He had a woman friend that testified that he was part of the murder. He had a bloody white suit that was never found. Blood in his limo. Lied to police of his whereabouts. Paid $2 million to the family of the victims. Do i need to keep going YOU RACIST piece of sh*t??? YOU LOVE to call people racist, but YOU ARE the racist. You sit there and defend and protect any black person that is in sticky situation instead of being in the middle about it and not racially biased. You can say whatever you want to say about Ray Lewis but you’re wrong. Dead wrong. I was there. I was working on a video with a celebrity entertainment company in the Cobalt Club in Buckhead Atlanta that Sunday night. I was the key witness that testified at Ray’s bond hearing. I told the truth. He probably would not have made bond had I not testified. To this day, no one has paid me a dime and to this day, I have not ask for a dime from anyone associated with Ray Lewis. The 2 young guys that started the fight were part of a robbing crew. They’re responsible for their own deaths. They were crazy. Ray got into his limo just before the fight started. HE WAS NOT INVOLVED IN THE FIGHT. You people all need to get your lies straight. I testified under oath.Come down to the Fulton County Courthouse or call the Atlanta Journal Constitution and the trial transcripts before you keep running your mouths spreading lies. The transcripts are public records. You wish that Ray was guilty because you’re racist and none of you ever did anything with your own miserable lives worth writing about.You’re jealous. I don’t like the Ray Lewis act that he always puts on. I’m really not even a Ray Lewis fan but the man is innocent of the charges. You guys are really something else. You want to defend Ronald Zimmerman in his murdering of Trayvon Martin. He was the aggressor, but you say he defending himself. Stand your ground, while on the other hand the 2 men that died on that Sunday night in Buckhead Atlanta were also the obvious aggressors with weapons, (a champagne bottle and a knife), but now Ray’s friend didn’t have the right to defend themselves ? Just let me start by saying that I have watched the Superbowl every year since I can remember. I however will skip the game this year. I can not stomach what is sure to be a Ray Lewis love fest. The crying and praying and acting like a lunatic during the playoffs did it for me. Along with the how before, during and after game the NFL makes sure you see his face regardless of what is happening on the field. This guy is not the first player to retire from the NFL. Cant wait for next season so I don’t have to put up with this crap anymore. Good riddance.

Interesting how many folks take Ray’s silence this week as “he’s never been willing to talk about it”…

He’s addressed it several times, most recently in the NFL Network ‘A Football Life’ documentary.

He’s made it clear that he made bad choices regarding the people he associated with and that he was not a good person.

Since then, there hasn’t been any evidence of him getting into trouble. He’s had multiple children by different women…that’s hardly unique in the pro athlete field.

The religious element that offends so many…I’m an agnostic. But I don’t have a problem with genuine displays of belief. Lewis has been consistent over the last 12+ years.

So a guy with this kind of history is glorified while a guy like Terrell Owens, for example, who is just an @sshole and not a criminal, is looked down upon.

It seems as if being a good teammate supercedes anything these guys do in their personal lives, which I just don’t think is the right way to look at it.

Ray Lewis can find all the faith he wants – but at the end of the day, he knows he has to face the music on Judgement Day. To what extent he lied or didn’t, is not for us to say. However, his antics since he announced his retirement have been utterly ridiculous to say the least. The fact that the networks and league have decided to glorify him really doesn’t say much for their standards.

Ray will retire and sure enough, it won’t be long until he’s in trouble again.

I see what you are trying to get at with a jfk analogy but the circumstwnces are really quite different.

Ray lewis at the very least sabotaged a poorly executed investigation. A murder investigation.

We all have been caught in a situation beyond our control,and im glad your life wasnt affected negatively. Ray wasnt so lucky and i get that. His actions since are what people are dissecting. Those actions are someone who is annoyingly eccentric and highly probably covering up a murder.

Isn’t it a joke that Vick spent 2 years in prison for killing dogs. Not that Vick’s crime wasn’t terrible, but killing dogs for sport is completely different than murdering a human being.

What’s shocking is that Vick came out of prison a changed man, he lost everything and was able to turn his life around and learned from his mistakes.

Ray Lewis was not punished, and therefore is still the same scumbag he was when he entered the league almost 2 decades ago. He is a child, he is reckless, and his fake tears/over-dramatic displays infront of the camera fool nobody.

He puts on his best Daniel Day-Lewis, when infact he is Kevin Garnett, with his ANYTHING IS POSSBILE type scenario after a big win.

Obviously, ESPN is out to make money and with Ray in the Super Bowl and so many teams were abused by the Ravens that ESPN knows it makes money by drawing viewers that’s it. Don’t think ESPN gives a crap about that case other than the viewers the show brings in. If anyone actually looked at the case like Mike Freeman of CBS you would realize the prosecution had no case against Lewis and overreached because of his sports status. Do you really think the DA settled on a simple misdemeanor against Lewis if there was any solid evidence in the world against him. If you believe that crap go back to watching Law and Order, NCIS and all that other fake stuff like the drummed up charges against Lewis. Nobody wants the truth, they can’t handle the truth, Lewis did nothing wrong and certainly is not guilty or associated with that murder. But as long as people want to believe it and ESPN makes money on it, then we will here this crap right up to the day he is a first ballot hall of famer. If I was Lewis, I would get on ESPN and on air do to ESPN what they did to him, drag up old fake stories about ESPN reporters who bite prostitutes, are drunken lushes and who have cheated on their wives. There are a lot of skeletons in closets and the best way to get your skeletons rattled is to go around rattling skeletons. So for every Lewis basher if you really want to do something good for your community that has nothing to do with solving murder cases, go work in a soup kitchen cause you don’t know jack s*** about the law.

So i guess his companions/ bodygaurds clothes were found? Thats why they didnt get a charge of obstruction?
i know ray lewis was, but if they had his suit they probably would get as much evidence as the other guys!
its in GODS hands now, not enough proof for me to even want to judge him, but he was there and there was violence, im glad he has gotten away from that atleast!
