Jerry Richardson expects the best from the Panthers management, scouts, coaching staff, trainers and players. Yet he doesn’t seem to be willing to show much support as he isn’t willing to give his best, especially in hiring a staff. He’s well known for being cheap. Maybe not to the extent of Mike Brown, but he’s well known for it. I’ve always dismissed ownership of organizations who sit around and do nothing but complain, while it is their responsibility to set a model to succeed.

Any staff which doesn’t have any hope of succeeding long term in professional sports will be tuned out by players. Rivera still appears to be a sitting duck, who was given another year to lose, and the Panthers will under these conditions.

What gets me is that Darren Gant, a Panther’s writer, has to get his information from Adam Schefter..

so last week every writer and analyst were crying about not giving no name minority coaches a chance…. so the Panthers hire a no name minority coach which is a promotion for him and could lead to bigger things, among other no name coaches they hired, and the writers are now questioning why the Panthers are hiring these no name coaches. nice job. never happy
