That’s actually isn’t a a bad point at all. My point is that if Ray Ray is a first ballot Hall of Famer and London Fletcher has equal statistics, doesn’t that mean that Fletcher is also a great player? It doesn’t mean he’s had the same impact that Lewis has had, or is as great a player, but it does mean, especially as an undrafted free agent, high character guy, and severely undersized MLB, that he is also a “great player”. And that trying to argue that he is the “Brian Hartline” to Lewis’ “Calvin Johnson” is a dumb argument.

There are crazy loudmouth fans of every team, but claiming that a very good linebacker is “very good” isn’t stupid homerism.

Ray Lewis is a great player.What I don’t understand is why, when anybody says “London Fletcher is also a great player”, Ray Ray fans lose it and start screeching about what a terrible player Fletcher is. Can’t they both be great? It’s a big NFL, sometimes there are two good players, it’s part of life. I’d go on, but his name is “hateforeverybody”, so I guess it’s fair.

Give the guy a break, he clearly said that the Redskins were a Super Bowl contender, not that DC fans were just talking about it: “and now your a Supper Bowl contender”. I guess he actually is a Washington fan, he just has a funny way of showing it. On the other hand he could be making fun of Washington’s continual, embarrassing overconfidence that they will reach the mysterious and legendary “Supper Bowl”; despite the fact that no team in NFL history has ever played in a Supper bowl.

Also no one said anything about being a SuperBowl contender, us skins fans are just excited and happy to not be in the cellar of the NFC East for once in the last few years. Ten years is a little off, since we did make the playoffs in 2004. We have young, talented, good character players on our squad for once instead of buying talent.
Eagles are the new Redskins buying talented players with bad character expecting them to play together as a team, take a clue from the old Redskins… IT DOESN’T WORK.

I was referring to the play against the giants after his batted ball for INT was returned for a score, he simply handed the ball to the ref and went back to the huddle.

I like that in a player.

This guy is a class act player. I wish the NFL had more characters like Kerrigan then it wouldn’t be such a joke. He makes a great play, gets up, hands the ball to the ref and goes right back to the huddle. No need for the celebration when you make a great play, the play speaks for itself.

He’s a lot more effective with Rak on the other side though.

So maybe he and Orakpo can add an additional move to their 1 move attack. I think they are ready. Would be nice.
