Millionaires live by a different set of rules under the law. “Innocent until proven guilty” is just window dressing to make people believe the system is fair for everyone. Poor man has to prove he is innocent, believe it or not. Ever get a traffic ticket for some shady offense? Try to go to court and say ” I didnt do it ” as a defense. In theory, the idea that you are innocent until proven guilty should require no more than a denial if it is your word against your accuser. Doesnt work that way tough. Have enough money to get a good lawyer? You walk out of there not paying a dime to the government. It is only sad because it is true.

Money always wins out. The Prosecuters office wieghed the evidence against Crabtree to the amount of money Crabtree has access to in his defense. If Crabtree was a plumber, he’d be in jail, brought to trial and probably convicted of or plead guilty to a crime.

Lets be realistic. Maybe The chick wanted money. Maybe Crabtree assulted her. OJ had a mountain of evidence against him, but he had the money to drag that trial out so long that the jury forgot what the prosecution put up against OJ.

The scales of law are tipped by cash, not evidence. Pile enough money on your side and it will outwiegh the evidence on the other.

What makes anyone think that Golddiggers have anything to sue for? Professional athletes are targets and should protect themselves with methods other than the condom.

It seems very irresponsible for the police to issue a statement saying they’re investigating someone for a crime as serious as this. This could have had such bad consequences for the guy and irreparably tarnish his reputation in spite of his innocence.
