Makes sense to sign him if it drops his cap hit. Besides, 32 isn’t ancient for a DB. They tend to be able to play longer than other positions. Tillman doesn’t rely on speed anyway to be effective. His game is being physical and having excellent technique.

As a Chicago fan I’m very happy that he really started getting recognition the past couple years. He’s been this good for a while, but never really got much attention until recently.
