Corny people with corny comments. I guess anyone who gets a dwi should lose their careers lol nimrods. The law is the law rich poor black white the punishments are the same just cause he makes millions doesn’t make him more punishable than someone else. Get a life loosers and for the moron who said something about his actions on the field and that this shouldn’t be surprising. Why he drinks on the field lol what would his actions have anything to do with indicating this would have happened. People are so stupid and judgemental I do believe he should be cut but because of his decline as a football player.

.16 two hours later means squat. Your BAC continues to climb for up to 2 hrs after your last drink. That’s why cops are in no hurry to draw blood. You don’t actually think that it goes straight to your blood stream do you? The word is metabolism, look it up.

Don’t know the laws in that state but in Pa. you need to be taken within two hours of being observed in Actual physical control of the motor vehicle. Unless exigent circumstances exist. This will get tossed.
