The Jacksonville Jaguars hiring or Gus Bradley as their head coach didn’t just cost the Seattle Seahawks their defensive coordinator, it cost them their defensive line coach as well as Todd Wash elected to follow Bradley to Jacksonville.
Now the Seahawks have managed to fill that hole in their coaching staff as well.
According to Jason La Canfora of CBSSports.com, the Seahawks will hire New Orleans Saints assistant defensive line coach Travis Jones to coach their defensive line.
Jones worked alongside new Seattle defensive coordinator Dan Quinn for two seasons with the Miami Dolphins from 2005 to 2006. He was suspended by the league for 30 days in 2010 after pleading guilty to charges for his role in a real estate scam.
