ReutersRay Rice may not like talking about it, but his fumbling problems in the playoffs are real.
Rice fumbled in the third quarter of the Super Bowl, and the 49ers recovered, setting up a David Akers field goal that cut Baltimore’s lead to 28-23.
Akers, who has been skittish all season, actually missed his first attempt from 39 yards. But a running into the kicker penalty moved him five yards closer, and he made it from 34 yards out on his second try.
The Ravens have the lead, but the 49ers have controlled this game since the lights came back on. We’re heading toward what could be a thrilling fourth quarter.

Did the teams change uniforms when the lights went out?
hey diddle diddle ray rice fumbles up the middle..
Alfred Morris is the only RB that matters in Maryland.
I guess the power outage will cover the spread..
Complete dive by Akers. Watch the replay, he flops before getting touched. Simms clueless too thinking it should be worse… shame the power had to come back on so forced to listen to him.
But that should be been missed kick could come back to be the difference.
I thought Ray Rice was the cog of the offense?
To day was the worst sport officiation I have ever seen ,besides the light problems they had,at several clear holdings by the Ravens the flag was not trown in the 4th quarter ,a bad first halve and these not seen holding did cost the 49er’s
the game.
