Agreed ‘makes no sense whatsover’ for 31 other teams, but this is standard operating procedure around Charlotte and with Jerry Richardson. Any non-delusional fan is kind of used to it now.

We fire DeHaven and Marrone brings in a guy whose unit was 30th in the league, Rivera promotes a guy with no experience and hires DeHaven as the assistant. Makes no sense whatsoever.
