And while Chiefs ownership doesn’t make personnel decisions, they do control the purse strings, and they’ve shown that sitting on available money doesn’t produce wins, either.

Id actually take Bowe over any of those other guys.!

Wallace only runs route, Jennings is injury prone. Welker is a slot guy , aging, and has taken a beating. Harvin is an elite talent, but injury prone and a total diva.

Im not saying Bowe is perfect, But I believe he is the best avail wr.

He’s far from their best player. They had quite a few pro bowlers this year. He’s a good WR but they aren’t winning with him, they need to keep building around Charles and some of the good pieces on the defense. WR’s won’t help much if the QB situation is so bad. It’s a joke that Brady Quinn was starting games with how pathetic he was.

It gives them freedom with their rounds 1, 2 and 3 picks to address QB, 3-4 DE, LT, or ILB.

If they lose Bowe they surely have to use a pick early in the draft on WR. If KC try’s to get a FA WR they will have to offer multi-year deal.

Might be better to hold onto Bowe one more year and address WR next in the draft.
