The New Orleans Saints may not be looking very far to fill their need for an offensive line coach caused by Aaron Kromer’s departure this off-season.

According to Pete Roussel of coachingsearch.com, the Saints are planning to shift running backs coach Bret Ingalls to the offensive line. Per Larry Holder of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, the Saints have already lined up several interviews this week for candidates to fill Ingalls’ position as running backs coach.

Former Jacksonville Jaguars assistant Ron Prince interviewed for the job on Wednesday while Michigan State offensive coordinator Dan Roushar and former Kansas City Chiefs assistant head coach Maurice Carthon are also expected to interview this week.

Ingalls had previously worked as an offensive line coach at Northwestern before joining Sean Payton’s staff in 2009.
