And Philly is picking 4th & also has a glaring need at CB. Also, it’s not outside the realm of possibility that Oakland takes him 3rd. So Detroit will likely have to swing a trade to land Milliner. Especially w/ Star & Jarvis having medical red flags.

That said, his value seems enhanced by impression that there is a rather large drop-off from the #1 corner to the guy in Second. Supply and Demand.
