Extending the contract of franchise QB Tony Romo should be the first step of the Cowboys’ 2013 offseason plan. Mike Florio says they should also be planning ahead and looking for his replacement for when the time comes to part ways.

No! Romo is not worth any kind of extension!
Agreed!!!
Extend the man and get him a real line to play behind, then if he doesn’t pan out here in a couple of years, at least his replacement will not get killed on a weekly basis!
He played behind 3 pro-bowlers on the OL earlier in his career and has absolutely nothing to show for it. Its just one excuse after another for this guy.
Extending him is doing nothing more than ensuring 5 more years of 8-8 seasons and watching the playoffs from the couch. This guy has shown no ability whatsoever to be able to string together the 3-4 solid games under pressure he’d need to win them a SB. When will Jones learn?
