Bears left tackle J’Marcus Webb is getting the kind of pass that he routinely gives to guys like Jared Allen.

Heyyoooo!

According to the Carbondale Southern Illinoisan, a prosecutor in Pulaski County, Illinois won’t pursue drug charges against Webb.

Webb apologized for the Sunday night incident on Twitter, which came after a traffic stop for speeding. He was arrested for marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Webb could still be subject to entry into the NFL’s substance-abuse program. The arrest will trigger an evaluation, which could result in a decision to subject him to multiple random tests per month.
