Jennings will probably be tagged. Wallace isn’t worth what it would cost to bring him in. Welker would be a good fit, but will also require big money. I seriously doubt that Hartline will be able to even test the waters. Miami should have him locked up soon.
The Draft is layered with great Receivers. Receivers that will last until the second/third round because there are so many of them. The Dolphins best bet would be to resign Hartline and use their first round pick on one of the best Receivers. Tannehill needs all the help he can get.

Bowe could end up being the best of the bunch. He’s a big physical receiver who has never really had a quality QB throwing to him yet put up decent numbers. He could raise Miami’s passing game similar to what V. Jax did in Tampa. I like Wallace’s speed and he doesn’t get nearly enough credit for opening up the under neath passing game. Jennings and Welker are good but I would prefer someone younger to grow with my young QB.
