Sorry Seahawk fans but Kap is better than RW in fact SF is better at every position than Seattle. That includes Coaching, QB, WRs, RBs, OL, TE, DL, LB, Safety’s maybe Seattle has the edge on CBs but not after this offseason! We are going to move up in the draft and get one of the top CBs! We are in such a great position this offseason with 15 draft picks and some cap room to sign a top DB or maybe even a WR! Look out for many years to come because SF will be on top of the NFC West like they should be.

49er fans need to realize a few things:

1. The Raiders were the original team that was going to draft Kap.

Harbaugh wasn’t being a “Genius” when drafting Kap, he only picked him to keep the Raiders from getting him.

2. The 49ers lost their first Super Bowl under Kap. They are not perfect anymore.

3. Russell Wilson and the Seahawks destroyed the 49ers(last season) with Kap as QB. The Seahawks will be even stronger next season.

4. Had the Seahawks played the 49ers in the playoffs, the Hawks would have crushed them.

5. Russell Wilson is a better QB Then Kap.

He needs to make better decisions, much better. He deserves the opportunity to get better and had one hell of a 10 start year. Film will greatly affect Kaepernick’s ability as it stands, but if he can learn to read defenses and know of more than just 2 reads, than he should continue to be great.

No doubt Niner opponents next season are doing their homework now prior to facing CK7. But they won’t be able to do anything to prepare for the real threat and unpredictible element – GRo. Even Fangio won’t have answers for dealing with that. I don’t see exactly how Kaepernick “took the offense to another level”. He and Alex Smith threw the idential number of passes over the season, and Smith had better numbers across the board. The team record was identical under each quarterback. Next season, teams will have some film to prepare for The Camel.

Also your definition of most effective is a bit lacking since Andrew Luck CARRIED a much worse team to an 11-5 record as well. RW was with a very very strong (much as I hate to admit it) supporting cast

NO qb has had a higher total qbr for their first 10 career starts dating as far back as the metric goes. That includes Aaron Rodgers who was mostly sensational or your precious Russel Wilson. RW is hood not knocking him. In fact he is more poised in the pocket but he also took a lot more snaps and Kaepernock is more dynamic. I would be happy to have either but I like Kaepernick’s higher ceiling and coaching advantage but I’m sure next you will say Pete is better with QB’s too

Hard to think of many bigger? How about taking a 5’11″ 3rd round pick and not only letting him start but watching him become the most poised and effective rookie QB in I don’t know, 30 years? Oh yeah, and he’s BETTER than Kapernick.

Between this and the daily man-crushes on gay players (combined with regular attacks on anybody who you know, believes in God) it’s getting harder to take you seriously guys.
