Thought the new CBA required all teams to spend up to X% (thought that number was 89) of the CAP.

In addition to the Bengals, the Bucs and Chiefs will have to open their wallets.

My hope is the league maintains a consistent year to year cap policy that doesn’t bail out the teams that push everything into the future.

It isn’t fair to the teams that play the cap conservatively, from a even playing field situation, to find ways to rescue the teams that mortgage their futures.
