PFT Live: Vikings must make a decision on Harvin

Mike Florio addresses the Minnesota Vikings’ off-season to do list, and says they must add more receivers. Florio states they have to resign Phil Loadholt, and improve at the cornerback position.

    It’s pretty tough to win consistently without a franchise QB.
