The Jets situation is summed up in one word-Turgid
What a freakin mess!!Way worse than anything we’ve experience. When we melted down the last time Bill Parcels was there to pick up the pieces. Now there is no one who is qualified to do that.

Jets gotta have some vision here! A sinking tide affects all boats. His production was partially affected by Sanchez’s decline over the last two years. Will he overcome his injury ridden season is the main question. If yes, I have no doubt he’ll return to the great hands, clutch playmaker go-to-guy he was. He’d thrive in the West Coast offense, again if healthy and of course with some other major offensive upgrades around him.

Jets should negotiate a contract with incentives tied to production in relationship to getting healthly & playtime.

Otherwise I wouldn’t be surprised to see him given an opportunity in New England or some other heavy TE laden team’s scheme.

Hang in there, buddy. Your phone will be ringing on March 9th and you should listen very carefully to Rob Chudzinski and Norv Turner and the plans they have for the Browns offense. If you do, you will likely be a Cleveland Brown by March 15th.

The Jets are in a rebuild phase, so a lot of veterans will be left hanging. Even good ones like Keller.

Justin, why would you want to remain a Jet. Take the hint, the hapless front office of the Jets are saying “goodbye” to you….

You are a great player and the Jets don’t deserve you. You will find another team (and a much better team) to play for in 2013.

Franchise tag and Dustin Keller should never be used in the same sentence again.

I have no idea what Dustin is asking for, but if he doesn’t not realize that he is in the bottom half of starting TE’s in the league……he’ll be in for a shock come FA.

And every year, there seems to be a TE or 2 who break out in the draft, making keller’s value less and less.

I never thought I’d say this 3 years ago, but the last few years have shown me the Jets will not lose much replacing Dustin Keller.
