Spencer had the best year of his career and put up All Pro numbers.
How can you go in front of a camera and not know this?
He had his best season and now they’re switching schemes so they might want to just pay him that big chunk upfront to see if he can produce in the 4-3 since he hasn’t played DE in years.

Also, why did you not mention the possibility that the Cowboys might have just placed the franchise tag so that no one else tries to make a play for him while they negotiate a long-term contract.

Anyway, terrible clip and the entire video should be deleted.

The question s will Spencer contiue to play at that level after getting signed? He hasn’t played at that level prior to last season and he is transitioning to DE this season.

He recorded the most sacks of his career (11), along with a career high in tackles (95), and an add to the pro bowl. Spencer led the team in fourth quarter sacks to help close out games, and over the last 6 games of the year he had 7 sacks. He also played in a 4-3 in college. Does this mean that J.J. Watt also had a down year because he recorded career high numbers?

Or he plays this year on either a one year deal or signs a contract. Dallas could have overpaid for a broken down right tackle or guard or they can draft those positions.
