@ joetoronto

Speaking of busts are you aware that the Raiders won three games last year against two teams that had a combined record of 4-28. And one of those was in overtime. Pot meet Kettle.

---------------
Raider fans understand they support a bad team. Are you aware that the Chiefs were so bad that they were swept by a 4-12 Raiders team? Are you aware that after kicking their first field goal in the second game Oakland realized they held an insurmountable lead, and played conservatively the rest of the way? Are you aware that the Raiders held the great Jamaal Charles to 14 yards on 14 carries in the season series, or that the Chiefs didn't even earn a first down until late in the 3rd quarter in the second game? Are you aware that Tyson Jackson wanted nothing to do with free agency? Finally, are you aware that some Chiefs fans are talking playoffs in 2013? Shake My Head Like a Wet Dog.

kuhawks2010,

fair enough, if you have season tix that's more than i can say, but i watch all the games carefully and i know this: the 3-4 is better with jackson.

he takes on a lot of double teams and did you notice that 3 of the linebackers behind him made the pro bowl? he gets some credit for that in my book

K.C. has filled most of the preconceived draft notion positions. Now that they have Alex Smith coming with Brandon Albert and Dwayne Bowe signed and restructuring Jacksons insane salary, I expect them to go after the best player period.

People will still have them taking Joeckel, but I wouldn't put money on it. They said they would draft a hall of famer, and there is certainly a guy by the name of Chance Warmack that could fit that status. I know a guard has never been drafted number one overall, but I can see the Chiefs going after the talent.

It's plausible they trade down to collect more picks, since losing their second in a 'soon-to-be trade' with the Niners, but the only guy in this draft I can say will be undeniably great is Warmack (not saying there won't be a slew of talented players in this draft, but none are as sure a bet as Warmack at this point). Forget the combine, watch his game tape and you'll see what I mean. Trading down to pick 4-10, pick up a draft pick in the third, and draft Warmack.

There are so many talented left tackles in this draft, it seems a bit foolhardy to use the first overall pick on one, especially when that is not a position of need this year for K.C.

Came on real strong last year, don’t care what the stats say. Really happy to have him back in KC, he is definitely a part of a winning defense.

People who know football know this guy is a high quality player now. Bloggers who look at stats don’t.

I go to every home game and watch every road game. He is not that good. He is terrible against the run! They need to address the DE position in the draft.
