There are some real imbeciles who post on this board. Some of the quotes”The empire is falling, no light at the end of the tunnel, the steelers are going to become the chiefs are just a few to mention. People say the same thing year after year for at least a decade(or more) and look like idiots the next year. Where are the steelers at the end, contending for at least a division or superbowl. What happenned the last time the steelers went 8-8, the next year, Playoffs. After 9-7, the next year….. playoffs. And its a possibility this year will be the same. Big Ben has never had a losing record. Its not that hard to understand folks. Jealousy at its finest, Hate all you want, but the steelers will be contending again as long as Big Bens at quarterback.

Roethlisberger isn’t getting any younger and the injuries are beginning to pile up on him. He’s not going to be one of those players that plays well when he’s darn near 40. I give him a season or two, maybe 3 before we start to see a sharp decline in his play because of the beating his body has taken during his career.

Yea they’re done, I guess it is impossible for them to get younger in the draft, while still having a good QB and a potent offense. But yea they should sell the team, move them to Los Angeles and start all over again.

There is no light at the end of the tunnel for this franchise. The sooner the fans come to this realization the easier it will be for them to watch the destruction take place.

The restructuring of contracts has crippled this franchise. The best part is the fans who say they do this all the time while the real franchises, the one who know how to run a stable and sound organization i.e. Ravens, Patriots, Packers, etc., absolutely hate dead money.
