Before the start of the negotiation window on Saturday, we decided that we’d use one-liners for the next week as a way to keep track of the flurry of news that accompanies the start of free agency.

Thanks to the league’s memo warning teams about reaching agreements with players before Tuesday afternoon, the flood of news has been closer to a trickle. We’re still using this as a roundup of all the signings, tenders and rumors from the day before, however, because that’s pretty much all the news that’s fit to print in the NFL right now.

The Bills re-signed CB Leodis McKelvin to a five-year deal.

RB Reggie Bush won’t be returning to the Dolphins.

WR Mike Wallace might be headed to Miami, unless the Patriots can beat them to the punch.

The Patriots are also one of five teams -- Giants, 49ers, Cowboys, Cardinals -- reportedly interested in WR/KR Josh Cribbs.

LB James Harrison’s new unemployed status has changed his tune about playing for the Patriots.

The Jets are angling to keep DE Mike DeVito, but other teams are on his trail as well.

All eyes in Baltimore are on Ravens WR Anquan Boldin, who may be making a choice between a pay cut and a new place of employment.

The Browns kept things in the AFC North by reaching out to Ravens linebackers Dannell Ellerbe and Paul Kruger.

CB Antoine Cason is also on the Browns’ radar screen.

The Titans, Broncos and Falcons are all in the market for defensive ends.

The Broncos had a shot at CB Dunta Robinson before Robinson wound up signing with the Chiefs.

Robinson’s signing looks like it took the Chiefs out of the CB Sean Smith pursuit.

The Chargers re-signed K Nick Novak and LS Mike Windt, but didn’t give a high tender to WR Danario Alexander.

The Giants are still working on keeping TE Martellus Bennett off the open market.

The Redskins re-singed unrestricted free agent-to-be G Kory Lichtensteiger and also held onto TE Logan Paulsen and FB Darrel Young, both of whom were set to become restricted free agents.

Filling in for Brian Urlacher last year with the Bears has led to Nick Roach getting interest from teams looking for a middle linebacker.

DT Sammie Hill will likely be saying farewell to the Lions.

The Lions and the Cardinals are expected to battle it out for RB Reggie Bush’s services.

The latest twist in WR Percy Harvin’s saga with the Vikings reportedly includes a trade demand.

S William Moore re-signed with the Falcons for five years before the start of free agency and G Garrett Reynolds will also stay in Atlanta.

The Saints locked up LB Junior Galette for three more years.

The Buccaneers want S Ronde Barber back for another year and he’d play with RB LeGarrette Blount, who signed a one-year deal.

DE Michael Bennett is getting plenty of attention, though, and that might mean he leaves Tampa.

It’s getting late for WR Early Doucet with the Cardinals.
