18 down, 82 to go in our Free Agent Hot 100

A fast and furious first 90 minutes of NFL free agency has seen some of the top players available land with new teams, including receiver Mike Wallace to Miami, linebacker Paul Kruger to Cleveland and guard Andy Levitre to Tennessee.

But there’s still a long, long way to go.

In fact, of our Top 100 NFL free agents, only 18 have reached deals on new contracts. If my math is correct, that means 82 free agents still don’t have deals done.

And that means there’s a whole lot of news still to come. Which means you need to keep it here at PFT and keep banging that “refresh” button.

As you watch this unfold you aee where the NFLplayer is heading. They could care less about winning, look at the players not only on a SB winning team but on teams that are in the hunt each year, go to teams that can’t fill the top half of the stadiums.
