When will fans like you learn? Giants fans whined and cried after the supposedly disastrous 07 and 11 free agencies, and we won it all. This is an era of slow cap growth. All teams have to prioritize and be responsible with spending or you’ll end up with the NYJ and PIT salary cap situations.

We won Super Bowls with Kevin Boss and Jake Ballard. Stop fretting and trust the front office.

Rumors out of offseason owners meetings is that the Giants were pushing to cut games against division opponents from 2 per year to 1. John “Sore Loser” Mara is afraid to lose to the Redskins twice a year. The Cowboys and Eagles would love it too.

The Redskins are going to dominate the next 15 Super Bowls. No reason to even bother with an NFC East schedule.

As for this move, smart. I said it last year that the Giants should have kept Ross over Thomas. Ross knows the system, started staying healthy and was fairly solid. Last thing any Giant fan wants to see are a bunch of “Johnsons” filling in for injured starters in the secondary.
