The Colts have signed plenty of new players today.  They’ve also kept one of their own.

Defensive back Darius Butler, who joined Indy last year, has agreed to terms on a two-year deal, per a league source.

He appeared in 11 games with four starts in 2012.  A second-round pick of the Patriots in 2009, Butler was cut after two seasons.  He spent 2011 with the Panthers.

Bums me out that the Pats gave up on him so early, and now they’re starting hot dog vendors in the secondary.
